1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out what personal data this website collects, why it is processed and how it is protected. The document has been prepared in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection».

By submitting an enquiry through the form on this website, you confirm that you have read this Policy and agree to the processing of your data as described in it.

2. Data controller

3. What data we collect

Through the contact form we receive the data you provide yourself: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the text of your message and any other information you choose to share.

When you visit the website, technical data is also processed automatically: IP address, browser and device type, the date and time of the request, and the pages viewed. On their own, these data do not identify you.

We do not collect passport details, taxpayer identification numbers, bank details or other sensitive data through this website.

4. Purpose of processing

Personal data is processed solely in order to handle your enquiry and respond to it, to contact you to clarify the details of your request, to advise you on the company's services, and to comply with statutory requirements, including those relating to financial monitoring.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings without separate consent, and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Legal basis for processing

The basis for processing is your consent, given when you complete the form on the website, together with the obligations placed on the company by the legislation of Ukraine.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in two cases: at the request of state authorities within the limits provided by law, and to providers of technical services — hosting and e-mail — which keep the website running and act on our instructions.

The website is hosted on the Webflow platform. Data from the form is processed by that platform and delivered to our e-mail.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, but no longer than three years from the date of your last enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law. After that, the data is deleted.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine «On Personal Data Protection», you have the right to know the sources from which your data was collected and where it is held, to receive information about the terms on which access to it is granted, to access your data, to request its correction, deletion or the restriction of its processing, to withdraw your consent to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

9. Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work correctly. No analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can block cookies in your browser settings — this will not significantly affect how the website works.

We take organisational and technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Access to the data is limited to employees who need it to perform their duties.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Ukrainian versions of this Policy, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
