Compliance

Compliance is the system of measures, internal rules and procedures in place at the Company, designed to ensure that its activities are conducted in strict accordance with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and the Company's own corporate rules and ethical standards.

Reporting violations

The Company operates a reporting system that guarantees anonymity and protects the rights of the person making a report.

A report can be made by:

• sending an e-mail to amc.consult.ua@gmail.com;
• arranging a personal meeting with the compliance manager.

If you are aware of improper conduct by our employees, or of a possible violation that could harm the Company's interests, you can inform us by submitting a report.

Every report will be investigated.

Please note that a report may be made anonymously; however, if you leave your contact details, we will inform you of the outcome of the investigation.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Ukrainian versions of this page, the Ukrainian version shall prevail.
